Sept 17-Nov 21

Carole Cascio Fund Intern Gabby Pfeifer, Dancer/Choreographer will re-creating one of her dances for the QACHS Dance Company dancers.

Sept 18

Executive Director Peter Pucci and CCF Teaching Artist Adrienne Kraus Latanishen will teach two movement classes to choir students at Queen Anne’s County High School (QACHS) at 10:30am-12:45pm. Adrienne will teach a Hip-Hop class to dance students 12:45pm to 1:45pm.

Sept 19

Amy Young -Former Principal Dancer with The Paul Taylor Company, New York City (NYC), starts creating new choreography at the QACHS Dance Company. In the Spring of 2025 Amy will also create new choreography for the KIHS Dance Company.

Sept 20

Executive Director Peter Pucci will teach a Modern partnering in class to the CCBC Dance Company at Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) Essex campus

Oct 6

Nicole Duffy,Faculty member from Ballet Hispánico’s School of Dance will teach a free Ballet Masterclass from 1pm – 2:30pm for intermediate to advance dancers age 14 & up at KIHS. Register for this class here.

Ballet Hispánico’s Pa’lante Dancers will perform at the Carole Cascio Fund’s 3rd Annual Benefit at the Mark Cascia Vineyard at 5:30pm $25 Donation. Free for all students. RSVP Here.

Carole Cascio Fund Intern Gabby Pfeifer will be re-create a piece of her choreography for the QACHS Dance Company dancers.

Oct 14

Guest Artist Cynthia Gutierrez will teach a free Jazz Masterclass at the (CCBC) Essex Campus. CCF will provide Bus transportation for 50 dancers from QACHS and KIHS participate in the class.

Oct 18-20

CCF Teaching Artist Adrienne Kraus Latanishen will create new choreography for Chesapeake College’s production of the Harvest Horror: Invasion performances. CCF will co-sponsor choreography for the production Directed by Rob Thompson

Nov 2

CCF sponsors A World Day of Dance at Chesapeake College. Guest artists will include; traditional Chinese dance teacher Rose Xinran, traditional Far East Indian teacher Deepti Mukund, and West African teacher Sylvia Soumah. They will teach a masterclass and present a traditional solo dance followed by a Q&A session with the dancers.

Nov 14

CCBC Dance Concert at the Catonsville Campus. New dances by guest artists; Cynthia Gutierrez, Adrienne Kraus Latanishen & Peter Pucci. CCF will provide bus transportation for 50 students from QACHS and KIHS to attend the dance concert.

A Free Performance Celebrating Dance and Culture, CCF’s World Day of Dance featuring Guest Artists Deepti Mukund, Rose Xinran Qi and Sylvia Soumah at the Todd Performing Arts Center at Chesapeake College.

Wye Mills, Sunday, May 3rd At the Todd Performing Arts Center (TPAC) at Chesapeake College, the Carole Carole Cascio Fund and TPAC Director, Rob Thompson, hosted a cultural enriching free performance, a World Day of Dance. The World Day of Dance featured Guest Artists and Directors, Deepti Mukund from Natyaboohmi School of Dance, Rose Xinran Qi from RoseQi Dance Arts, and Sylvia Soumah from Coyaba Dance Theater.The scholarship ensures that future generations of CCBC Dance Company members have access to the necessary training, artistic development, and performance opportunities they need to thrive. Since its inception, one to two Dance Company members have been selected each year to receive the scholarship.

Carole Cascio Fund Donates $2,000 to Bolster CCBC’s Carole Drake Cascio Dance Scholarship and CCF Teaching Artists are featured on the CCBC Dance Concert

Essex, May 1 2026 The Carole Cascio Fund (CCF) recently announced a donation of $2,000 to the Carole Drake Cascio Dance Scholarship fund at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC). This contribution continues the CCF’s commitment to the scholarship, which the Carole Cascio Fund and the CCBC Foundation jointly established. The original Carole Drake Cascio Dance Scholarship was created in March 2023 with an initial $10,000 donation.
The scholarship ensures that future generations of CCBC Dance Company members have access to the necessary training, artistic development, and performance opportunities they need to thrive. Since its inception, one to two Dance Company members have been selected each year to receive the scholarship.

CCF Guest Teaching Artist Sylvia Soumah Completes West African Choreographic Residency at Kent Island High School

April 27 2026 Stevensville – The Carole Cascio Fund (CCF) proudly sponsored a successful choreographic residency at Kent Island High School (KIHS), led by Guest Teaching Artist Sylvia Soumah, Founder and Artistic Director of Coyaba Dance Theatre. The residency was conducted in collaboration with KIHS Director of Dance Amber Wright and CCF Teaching Artist Gabby Pfeifer.
