CCF Associate Teaching Artist Gabby Pfeifer leads a local Chapter of PEO Seniors in a Move & Groove class

The local Chapter of the PEO (Philanthropic Educators Organization) in Centreville invited Executive Director Peter Pucci and CCF Trustee Ann Goodman to speak about the Carole Cascio Fund. Peter and Ann Goodman presented a short informative video that demonstrated the work that the foundation has accomplished in the Queen Anne’s County community over the last four years. After the presentation, Peter had a lively Q&A session with the seniors.

25 senior women of the PEO chapter enjoying a Move & Groove class with Gabby Pfeiffer.

Next a group of 25 senior women were thrilled to take a Move & Groove movement class taught by CCF Associate Teaching Artist Gabby Pfeifer.

 

Gabby did an amazing job getting everyone to up and moving. The ladies had a lot of fun and were enthusiastically appreciative of the visit by Carole Cascio Fund.

The local dance community, including Mid Shore Dance Academy from Centreville, Design in Motion from Annapolis, The Ensemble from Baltimore, New Motions Dance Studio in Cambridge and dancers from the Towson University Dance Program.
